Catrien completed her National Diploma in Veterinary Nursing at the University of Pretoria in 1998. In 1999, she started her career as a veterinary nurse at Protea Animal Clinic and then became Clinic Sister at Onderstepoort Veterinary Academic Hospital in 2001. In 2006, she switched to the pig industry and became unit manager at Kanhym Estates. Her career detoured slightly away from the animal industry before she decided to join the red team in 2016, where she now strives to provide excellent customer service and assist with problem solving to all our PigCHAMP clients.
